You will be making a main dish, but what you make is up to you. I encourage diversity and innovation. You may prep your dish off-site, but as always, bring your own method of storing and keeping the temperature correct. You need to provide enough of your dish for FOUR judges.

Provide ingredient cards for your dishes, but no other info is needed. You will have the opportunity to present your dish to the judges. Scoring will not be anonymous. Sign-in for your dish starts at noon and cuts off at 12:50pm, judging will begin promptly at 1pm.

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE WINNER FROM EACH REGION. This person will advance to the Finals at Endreign.

If you miss the deadline, you will be disqualified, though if you have a legitimate problem, please contact me. I will try to work with you if there is enough notice and a legitimate problem.
Please feel free to IM me with any questions, and GOOD LUCK!
