Arrrr! T'was a great day. Ships were boarded, bounty was had, eye patches were seen all around, and people were fed! King's Point raised $25 and 50 items for the Amtgard Food Fight. (someone stepped in to make even numbers for us) Congratulations to: ♦ Catha ♦ Cheyanne ♦ Cloud ♦ Garm ♦ Kaug ♦ Magnus ♦ Munchkin ♦ myself ♦ Myth ♦ Rhyn ♦ Saharial ♦ Stormrage and (last but certainly not least) ♦ Vargus All well deserved (well, mine I can't speak on, but you know what I mean), and not the end of catching up on things overlooked. It was a wonderful day at park. A lot of fun was had. There were new faces and long missed friends in attendance. And, as incoming chancellor, I would like to remind everyone that I am available to discuss any perceived errors or missing information involving the ORK. I am available in the forum here by post or PM, on FaceBook under this name (please include "King's Point resident" in any friend requests for ease), at the FaceBook Shire of King's Point page/group, at fighter practices, and, of course, at almost all park days. I would also like to remind everyone that the residents are what makes a park what it is going to be. If you would like to see something addressed... come to any of the officers. If you think someone should be considered for an award... come to any of the officers. If you have any ideas you would like to see considered for implementation at the park... come to one of the officers. You elected us to represent you. You elected us to do these jobs for you. You need to let us know what you would like to see done. |
