Today was an awesome day at the glenn:

round 30 people on the field. Visitors from CG, GP, and WL. Old faces back out, Tunear, Stormie (and their kids) Amoreth (with a pack of newbies), Akira, Tice and Jesse.
6 first day newbies and 3 walkups.

15 on 15 (ish) ring the bell battlegame. Hell, first bell I was down 2 lives before the ring. Possession of the bell (ring by hand) works better than hitting it. However, don't be Macho man and hit said bell with a forearm....IT HURTS.

another great day at the Glenn. Deimos and 2 others in WolfPack garb, Ammo and her 3 newbies showed up (second time), Plus a whole lot of regulars. About 20 on the field, so 25-30 people all together. Awesome moment of the day, newbie in green shirt does a running backflip to avoid arrow.

Reeved Ring the Bell is interesting (thanks Crimson and Cynisca).

another good day at MWG. a large group (pack? herd? gaggle?) of 1st day newbies showed up. These are the guys that posted on Amtgard Facebook about starting a park at Veteran's only to find out we are already there. By large group we're talking a dozen or so.

Good attempts at first weapons from these guys, the old school guys (duct tape and couch foam days) really had no problems; but for safety sake, we loaned out weapons (thanks Seal for helping me with this)

Single sword Kill your killer led to ditching led to a milita capture the flag. Didn't want to overwhelm these guys on thier first day. Yah, they were sometimes a little thick, but they were enthusicastic and had fun, nothing that education won't fix. (and no I don't me Concrete Justice or Escaltion as education)

Really hope these guys are out next weekend, I look forward to working with them.
