Sutra here wanting to thank you for stopping by. So here's the lowdown.
Check out the Roleplay Philosophy FAQ and we'd like all who get it to read and consider it's good points. I will be up front and point out that I did not write this but found it from another great looking game called Mordavia in New Zealand. That's off the coast of Australia if your curious.
Anywho, read it and consider how you want to get involved in Amtgard's roleplay world. I appreciate you taking the time to join and consider roleplaying. Some of us take it serious while others or 'stick jocks' may seemingly not. I feel both elements are important to the game and can be fused to make this a much more appealing environment for all involved.
What's a little roleplay without kodak moment slober knocking fights, or a good battlegame/quest without a purpose?
I hope to see many personas develop, interest in the art of creative writting flourish, and a game driven by plots that blow the mind expand.
I hope you enjoy your stay and emphasize that you follow the few simple rules posted here.
1.) Follow game etiquette, i.e. play nice and be respectful of others.
2.) Keep it fictional, no mundane issues.
3.) Have fun and be creative but try to stay within the current theme.
4.) Powerplay is highly discouraged. Be as true to the physics of role-play as possible.
5.) Post an intro, it'll make immersion more appealing.
6.) We'd like to stress spell-check, but hey, typos happen.
Golden Rule.) Have fun.
