This was discussed at the last BoD meeting as something that needs to be done for general operations and stability of Kingdom Coffers.

Kingdom Corpora:

Item (1)

IX Other Positions

A. Board of Directors (BoD) add:

10. The BoD requires an operational budget to manage the Kingdom, this budget is to be used for things such as D&O Insurance, Website registration/hosting, Online Document storage/signing capability, etc.

a. The BoD must create a proposed budget each year, and publish the budget to the Kingdom.

i. This report shall be presented publicly in February, and constructed by the Board no later than January 31 of the budget year in question

ii. The budget must be itemized to address the individual items or allocations being requested.

iii. Budget items must be listed at real cost.

iiii. Discretionary spending budget item may be added to address unanticipated needs (postage, travel reimbursement, one time payments, etc). Any discretionary funds not spent at the end of the year will be returned to the treasury.

b. If the proposed budget changes from the previous year, and exceeds the currently allotted amount, the budget must be approved by althing to update the corpora

c. Annual Discretionary spending cannot exceed 20% of the January 1 treasury balance.

d. The current BoD budget is 1500 USD

Item (2)

C. Kingdom Treasury (1) (b)

Replace " Ancillary Expenses - The Monarch and Prime Minister may each approve spending up to 10% of the Kingdom Treasury every month to run the Kingdom" with "The Board of Directors can spend funds as allotted via the BoD budget. (reference Sec IX (10))"

Can this please stipulate that it is the Treasurer of the BOD whom will be responsible for this report?

We can, but the BoD has to vote internally to set/confirm the requested budget based on real costs determined.
Once it's been constructed I think either the Treasurer or the President can reasonably be expected to post it, depending on who is more inclined to make public posts.

As currently worded it puts the onus on all 9 members of the BoD to ensure the budget is created and posted in a timely manner, which I think can help cross cover for individuals that might forget or get caught up in mundane business.
