We know that the AIBOD needs money to operate and carry out the tasks assigned to them by the CoM. Each Kingdom donates to this so that the costs are spread out and the game can continue to have an internet presence, legal defense, etc. Going forward, I would like to see a standard process by which we send our money to the AIBOD to cover our share of the yearly costs. To that end I submit the following for the next Althing:
In Section V.C add:
2.) In order to maintain our contribution to the AIBOD's budget needs, at each EH Kingdom Coronation, Midreign, and World Banner Wars, $1 per person signed in to the event shall be set aside from the money collected at gate and sent to the AIBOD.

OK, based on Finn's suggestion, I will amend the proposal as follows:
In Section V.C add:
2.) In order to meet our yearly contribution to the AIBOD's budget needs, the EH shall set aside money to send to the AIBOD after each Kingdom Event. The annual amount raised may not exceed the current Kingdom contribution amount in the AIBOD annual budget by more than 10% without approval via Kingdom Althing. The money will be collected by:
(yes / no) a.) After each Kingdom Coronation, Midreign, and World Banner Wars an amount equal to $1 for each person who signed in shall be collected after the event deposit is made. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (yes / no) b.) Setting aside $2 from each player who paid dues since the last payment to the AIBOD was made. If dues are paid to the park, the PM of that park is required to notify the Kingdom PM at or by the next Kingdom event and ensure the transfer of funds to the Kingdom PM occurs no later than the close of gate at the event.
AND
Section V.A.2 will be changed to state:
Dues are $10, and last for a period of six months from the date paid.
Note: If the second proposal passes, then the subgroup corpora would also be amended to reflect these changes.

To help with outstanding entering of credits and to diminish a paperwork loop hole, i submit the following:
Section XII.C.1.a: replace "once per month" with "once per 14 calendar days (fortnight)"

how about...
Kingdom Corpora Section XII.C.1.a: replace "submit their park records to the ORK at least once per month" with "Park records are expected to be updated in the ORK weekly. Failure to do so for 4 consecutive weeks should be brought to the attention of the Park and Kingdom Monarchs, and the Board of Directors by the Kingdom Prime Minister"
AND
Subgroup Corpora Section VII.B.7: change "Is responsible for entering attendance for all functions held by their Subgroup into the Online Record Keeper" to "Is responsible for entering attendance for all functions held by their Subgroup into the Online Record Keeper. This is expected to happen on a weekly basis. Failure to do so for 4 consecutive weeks may result in actions from the Kingdom for not complying with the subgroup contract."

My suggestion places the desired timeframe into the Subgroup Corpora (not there currently for some reason). It also stays within the spirit of what was meant my "once a month" while shutting down the loophole of "the 1st on month A and the 31st of month B." Additionally, It lets everybody know that we expect it to be a weekly thing, and provides the framework for the consequences.

Proposed Corpora change – World Banner Wars Proposal #1 To re-invigorate World Banner Wars and encourage continued growth and attendance for our event, I propose that we combine our fall Mid Reign with WBW and hold the event as our Fall Mid Reign celebration. Fall Mid Reign is our lowest attended event each year due to the fact we are either sandwiched between the Wetlands Mid Reign and Keep on the Borderlands, or we end up holding our Mid Reign the same weekend as the Wetlands. By combining the two and continuing to hold WBW the second weekend in October we allow our membership the time to recoup physically and financially from their travels to the events in September.
Corpora Changes in Bold and underlined: Section XI: D 1-3 D. Midreign 1. The event where the winners of the PM Elections assume office 2. Spring Midreign suggested date: second full weekend in March a. Autocrat: Monarch 3. Fall Midreign suggested date: held in conjunction with World Banner Wars a. Autocrat: Determined by World Banner Wars bid
And
Section XI: H 1-3 H. World Banner Wars - Fall Midreign 1. A full class team tournament with participants from throughout Amtgard 2. Suggested date held: The second or third weekend of October 3. Autocrat: As selected by the Monarch and Treasurer. Said selection is to occur at least 6 (six) months prior to the event
Proposal #2 Move the responsibility of determining the winning bid for World Banner Wars to the BOD instead of the Monarch and Treasurer. These allows for a committee of individuals to vote on the bid which will still include the Monarch and Treasurer. The selection of the winning bid will still occur 6 (six) months prior to the event.

Suggested date held: The second or third weekend of October 3. Autocrat: As selected by the BOD. Said selection is to occur at least 6 (six) months prior to the event

I believe that would be handled by the bid. Where ever the winning bid places it, is what has happened the last few times.
Also can we amend: 3. Fall Midreign suggested date: held in conjunction with World Banner Wars a. Autocrat: Determined by World Banner Wars bid
To have a point that the Monarch and Auto-crat from the bid would be co-autocrats or work in conjuction with one another due to midreign now being held there as well.
