Schedule of Events:
Winter days are short and there's a lot that we want to offer, so some things will be happening at the same time. Events will start on time (not your typical "Amtgard standard" time). Most of the items don't have a listed end time because they will go until it's done or the people running it run out of supplies/food. And as always bardic and ditching happen when and where people decide to make it happen.
Friday
2pm gate opens
6pm-7:30 start signing up for the monster quest
7pm blacksmithing workshop by Axident
7pm-chili dinner sponsored by Amethyst Panther and Bjorn
8pm- midnight (or completion of objective) monster quest
Saturday
8am breakfast donated by Red Storm
10am Leather working basics by Sir Alby
10-11am BoD meeting
11am CoK meeting
11am basic mask workshop by Atheris
11:30 lunch by House Burn
noon armor/weapon/spell list check for main battle game
1pm main battle game
1pm kid's craft

Coronation LIV Friday Night Game:
The Spiral Beckons

WHEN: 12.12.14 (Friday night)
SIGN UP/START: Sign up and spell sheet/weapon/armor check from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Game starts at 8pm.
LIVES: Single Life for unconverted/unlimited for cult members
CLASS: Single Class/Level (any single class at your highest level) - applies to both unconverted and cult members
OBJECTIVE: outsmart/out-survive your friends/enemies by being the last sane/unconverted person standing.

RULES:
-Each player will receive a life token with their name on it. You will be hunted by a handful of crazed cthulhu cult members (Black who are convinced that sharing the faith is the only way to save the masses.
-If you are killed, your name/life token is looted by the cult member and immediately returned to the GM (Sutra). You then come back to life as a cult member. NOTE: Prizes offered to the best hunter i.e. most kills.
-Cult members may carry loot/relics, so make sure to check. [Looting x5]
-Last person standing wins the title of 'The Unmarked' and will be granted a unique ability (and prize), useable during the Saturday Relic Battlegame.
-Unconverted players can interact and kill/loot each other, but only cult members can loot life tokens.
-LOOTING: Can only loot dead players by lightly putting your foot next to the target player's foot and stating "Looting" x 5. Unconverted players can only be looted for 10% of their loot. Relics can be looted up to 1 max items at a time.
-Game ends when either one unconverted player remains or by 10pm (unless enough players agree to continue the hunt).
-Relics are tied to 'reality', so no phasing with relics. Relic is instantly dropped if player phases while in possession of said item(s).

SAFETY:
-Parked cars, camping areas, gate, and buildings are off limits
-No hiding in cars/buildings/tents
-Game play perimeter will be announced at sign in
-Common courtesy and sense encouraged

Coronation LIV Saturday Relic Battlegame:
You Sunk My Elder God

WHEN: 12.13.14 (Saturday Afternoon)
SIGN UP/START: Sign up and spell sheet/weapon/armor check starts at 12pm. Game starts at 1pm.
LIVES: Unlimited
CLASS: Single Class/Level (any single class at your highest level)
OBJECTIVE: Capture All Three Enemy Flags OR King Axident's Cthulu Team Converts Czar Forest to the tentacle side OR Sir Forest's Emerald Resistance breaks Axident's Cthulhu Mind Control.

RULES:
-Relics and coin obtained during the Friday night game can be used towards castle upgrades (moat/archer towers) and monster bribes. Each team will start with an initial 750gp.
-Each castle will have three flags. Flags are considered game items and can't be phased/teleported with. Flags are immediately dropped at point of phase/teleport. Same rule applies to relics.
-1pt is awarded to a team if they manage to take an opposing flag and return it to their castle for a 10 second count. If both teams have an actively captured flag, flags are considered contested and no points are awarded.
-Only one opposing flag can be 'stolen' at a time.
-Once a point is scored, players return to their castle for a temp. hold and reeves will determine if a soft or hard refresh is required.

TEAMS:
-Players will be divided up by magic/melee/ranged
-Team captains will decide on how to select team members and reeves will assist in helping balance teams out as best as possible
-Axident's/Darktigger's Tentacle Terrors will be noted by their red flags and headbands.
-Forest's/Tyrle's Phoenix Phalanx will be noted by their blue flags and headbands.

ALT OBJECTIVES:
-King Axident can be captured and be released of the cthulhu mind control or Czar Forest can be captured and be converted to the 'faith'.
-Either team captain must be killed or subdued, dragged back to the opposing castle and be read the Rites of the Emerald or the Rites of R'lyeh a total of three unique times in order to be considered released/converted.
-Death count for players is 75 seconds and castles are considered team nirvanas.
-Team captains cannot be (in)voluntarily teleported to an opposing base. Teams must drag/carry the body back to their base.

CASTLE:
-Each team starts off with a castle consisting of two 4' tall by 8'-10' long sections with a 10' entrance in the middle. Walls are considered indestructible.
-Only magic and reach/ranged weapons can fight over the walls.
-Magic only affects players in line of sight. Players hiding behind walls but potentially partially visible in castle wall material/frame gaps is not considered in sight.
-Teleporting/phasing into opposing team castle is not permitted, but exiting via phasing/teleport is allowed. Teleporting/phasing up to the castle wall is allowed.

CASTLE UPGRADES:
-MOATS (250gp each): This 3' wide x 8'-10' long water based defense can be established in front of each castle wall section and must be purchased separately. Players wearing 3pts of armor of less must interact on their knees until they exit the marked terrain. Players wearing 4+ pts of armor drown and are considered instantly dead if they fall into the water (two feet on terrain marker). Once purchased, moat is permanent terrain affect.
-ARCHER TOWERS (250gp each): Each castle wall end section will have a 3' section that be converted into an archer tower (1 max archer per tower). Only ranged and magics can affect archers in tower. Once purchased, tower is permanent.

KINGDOM/GAME RELICS:
-Kingdom relics are allowed and encouraged. These relics are permanently attached (unlootable) to their rightfully owners but can be distributed among team members.
Asher's Ankh: Grants the bearer a 20' radius of influence against monster's for a 3 minute count. Monster's flee the presence of this relic and will not attack the player. Monster may still use range attacks/abilities outside of the 20' radius. Ankh's ability resets every 5 minutes and is lootable.
Moon Crystal: This item is irresistible to the present monsters (TBD), and be used to temporarily bribe a monster. This item supersedes coin/food/service offerings. This item is lootable.

MONSTERS:
-Monsters (TBD) will be present on the field. RP/interacting with these monsters is recommend.
-Monsters have unlimited lives, 30 second death counts, and come back at point of death or 20' away from a castle wall.
-Monsters will have lootable goodies on them. Looting rules and courtesy apply (Looting x5).

Rite of Aeons:

Rite of R'lyeh:
"ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" x2

(bonus points for creative interpretative dances of said rites )
