By Royal Decree I put in place the Heir Apparent.
If the populace feels this is a worthy Decree I will add it to the Nov Allthing for a perment addition to our Corpora.

Please welcome our Kingdoms 1st Heir Apparent Tealon! Crowned on this day.
Below is the rules.

The Heir Apparent

Heir Apparent exists to provide a player under the age of eighteen (18) to run for an office during the Crown Qualifications process.
It is intended to give youth experience and encouragement with regards to how the kingdom is run in preparation to them holding the adult required offices when they reach (18) eighteen years of age.
The position of Heir Apparent holds no financial or legal obligation.
The Heir Apparent will be assigned by the incoming Monarch.
The candidates must be voting members of the kingdom and must qualify per Duchy at Crown Qualifications.
Must be between the ages of (14) fourteen and(17) seventeen at the beginning
of the term.
The Heir Apparent shall assist the monarchy. And help by keeping an watch for those of a similar age group for those worthy of notice.
The Heir Apparent may bestow orders and awards with the permission of the monarchy.
The Heir Apparent can receive the title of Lord/Lady for Kingdom and Esquire for Principality.
The Heir Apparent position may be left vacant. Or appointed Pro-Term by the Incoming Monarch.

About all the young is good for is to watch while they drink to much and puke all over themselves. Oh... but on second thought we don't advocate youthful drinking.

So I guess their not worth much of nothing.
