Intimidation is individually defined. No 2 people are intimidated by the same thing. To even add this is Bullshit. There is no such LAW, wanna know why? because you cant support it. That is why there are restaing order and it takes alot of proof to even get one of those!

That is why it includes "reasonable person" and states elsewhere in the policy that such accusations will be investigated by the Monarchy and only if they deem it to be a justified complaint will action be taken.

Remember the policy simply tells people ahead of time what to expect for rule violations. The Monarchy has always had the discretion to remove people from the event.

And with that you show me that this is an unessecary ruling, Beings we all know this to be rules of conduct. Saying this is a "NO Tolerance policy" states\implies that the monarch has no such discretion. The intimidation part of this policy should be removed!
