WOOT!! We have the site all booked in at Boggy Depot for the weekend of Nov 4-6.
Gate fee is 10.00.

If you didn't get out to this event last year then you missed a great time. We had running water at almost each tenting site, grills at each site, fire pits, picnic tables and a heated bathroom with a shower (men's and woman's). The park is gorgeous with loads of room to run battle games ..best of all we had the place to ourselves all weekend. Mr McFeeter's is still there running things and he's thrilled that we are returning.

For those of you that did not make it to WBW XII all is not lost. Right around the corner is Nov. Park Battles. My goal is to have every park make a dish for feast. Yes there will be back ups. Please post up what you or your park will be bringing.
Remeber this event is a player driven event. If you want a gladiator pit then show up to run a gladiator pit. If you want to role play then role play. If you want gate favors then make gate favors. The The only thing that is set is the main park battle.

The state park is South of Atoka, OK in a small town called Tushka. It's 9 miles off highway 69/75.

I am looking for people to host workshops at NPB. So far it has been requested that we host a "Caster 101" workshop and a "How to Judge" workshop. If you are willing to help with either one, let me know. if there is any other workshop you are interested in hosting let me know that as well. I hope to see you all at the event!

Perhaps a dance wokshop? Would be hard to do one on garb, etc. since we wont have power for machines.

I could do dance. Magnus and I were also going to do spellcasting at WBW but no one showed so OI can do that if you want. I'd love to find a way to set up a garbing workshop at some point if we can figure out how to make it work. We could always try something like making patterns from finished clothing, or I could bring some of my basic patterns for copying/cutting for sewing later.

Anything you want to do is cool with me. For the casting and judging workshops, I'd like a panel so people can get more than 1 perspective.

So for now we will have a casters workshop and a judging workshop for certain. Let me know if you wantr to do the dance workshop, a garb workshop, or both.

So... who won the tourneys, and when can we expect scores and (hopefully) feedback on the A&S tourney?

I have the scores on the A&S (given to me by Orchid) and will get them posted up very soon ...I do not have the feedback comments. For that you can get with any of the judges, PM them. Alby has the tourney scores.

Yes! I would like to extend the fun Ron and I had during the November Park Battles to everyone who was involved in the event. This was the first outer-park event which Caledonia has participated in since Bungle in the Jungle 3, and it was an absolute blast. Special thanks to TigerHawke and GhostTiger for the whelp of information Caledonia so desperately needs. And thank you all for the FEAST!

Cheers,
Wes.
