An artifact of the forum upgrade that I just discovered is that the old software uses "Registered Users" as the default user group, but the new software uses "Registered users" as the default user group. "Registered Users" had access to all forums but "Registered users" only had access to new forums like A&S or new park forums. I gave all forum access to "Registered users" and deleted "Registered Users" to reduce confusion, if you receive a message to this effect this is intended.
