I never officially took a conversion test (they just trusted me with 6th level at Banner Wars last year).

I had been one of those who wanted to start over, but really it's been hard for me to want to take the field since even before the rules changed, so most of my involvement with the Healer's Guild would be as an NPC (whose relative neutrality would fit well with my persona background). And in such a case, I'm really not going to need to study hard and hone battle strategies like I did in my younger days. So remind me when you're coming to Midnight Sun, and I'll cram for a 6th-level conversion test. Sound good?

If you do not plan on taking the field or participating in quests in any function other than a NPC then there should be no reason for you to take the test unless you want your lvl to be official. If I can get three other GM's to back me then I am fine with you having 6th with no test. As a NPC you should have access to any powers or resources needed to complete your tasks. Your vote for neutrality is noted.

Even as a neutral NPC certifying for 6th level (I don't call it testing) would be a good idea to make sure you know all the new spells and changes to old spells (i.e. wording, costs, etc.) I am sure she will have no trouble with the new rules, but at least certifying removes any doubts.

I will let you know when I will be going to MS though it may be longer than I had hoped. I will make it up there this reign though. I can give the test to any of the other GM's if you can get three of them up there to test you if you need it sooner than I can get up there.
