1) Remove #8 under shields “Round shields may not be wider than three feet.”

2) Require that flail shafts be padded at least half (50%) of thier total length.

3) Reduce padding requirement on shield rims from 1.5" to 1.0".

4) Allow daggers to do 1 point to Armor, even when slashing.

5) Allow Improved Weapons to do extra damage against armor when stabbing.

6) Add: "Rattan is not allowed as a weapon core."

7) Move all of the requirements for weapons to the Weapons section of the rule book, including this section that is under Weapon Construction (page 8).

8) Change Weapon Cover Description from:
"Weapons must be covered in a durable, opaque cloth."
"Weapons must be covered in a durable cloth. Tape is not allowed as a Weapon Cover"

9) Add: "Arrows only affect the first person, or item (Shield, weapon, etc) that they strike. Deflected arrows do not count as a hit."

10) Change the sentence "Stabbing weapons should include extra padding on the tip" to "Stabbing weapons must include extra padding on the tip"

11) Add: "Weapon Pommels must have at least 1.5" of Foam."

12) Make Wizard spells consistant with other classes that share the same spells:
Reduce Wizards Wounding to 1 Point per Cast, max of 2.
Reduce Wizards Hold Person to 1 Point per Cast, Max of 2.
Reduce Wizards Protect to to 1 Point per cast, Max of 2.

13) Clarify that "All verbial magics that target a person with StoneSkin, target the person's Torso, stripping a point of protection in that area if applicable."

14) Change Yield "Other magic may still affect the victim during
the duration of Yield." to "Only the Release spell may affect a person who has been yeilded. Carrying, subduing, and any other form of interaction is not allowed on a Yielded Victim."

15) Change Antidote to Poison to “as per the spell Cure Poison but may not be used as an enchantment.”

16) Change Stun from: "E: Affected player may not move, speak, cast magic, fight, or use class abilities for a 100 count. They are considered completely senseless to the world around them." to "E: Affected player may not move, speak, cast magic, fight, or use class abilities for a 100 count. They are considered completely senseless to the world around them. The victim may not be moved by any means while stunned."

Class Identification:
17) Remove requirement for Barbarians to wear “Blues and browns, furs and leather.” & Change Barbarian sash to ”white.”

18) Remove requirement for Assassins to wear "a mask or concealing face paint."

19) Change Bard sash from "light blue" to "blue."

9) This directly conflicts with combat note 3, and makes arrows less effective than projectiles.

10) This is meaningless. As a guideline, it's fine to say "put more padding there." As a rule, it's excessive and unclear. An unsafe stabbing tip is one that hurts people. "Extra" padding won't always make it safe, and "Did you put extra padding on that?" is a very difficult question to answer.

11) Also meaningless - I have no idea where I'm supposed to be putting my tape measure to figure out if my pommel is legal from this wording.

12) I am 100% on board with the "Protect" portion of this change, since it doesn't actually change anything.

13) This does not adequately explain what happens when a person is wearing Stoneskin with no points remaining on the chest and Wounding is cast on them. Also, it makes it impossible to cast Heal on a person wearing Stoneskin. "target the person's Torso" is bad wording for these reasons. Also, "StoneSkin" should be "Invulnerable Armor."

14) The "Carrying, subduing..." requirement should be in the Effect section, not the Note section. It also requires other changes to the Effect section to stop it from conflicting - killing and freeing the victim are both forms of interaction. I'm also disturbed by the way this turns Yield into a Pass Without Trace that can be cast on your teammates.

16) Would this prevent a Stunned person who is killed while stunned from moving back to Nirvana until the end of the Stun?
